Credit Repair Services
Renown Capital does not charge any fee for credit repair services before those services have been fully performed. Each payment corresponds to services already rendered during that period. You are never charged in advance for promised results.
Your 3-Day Right to Cancel: Under CROA, you may cancel your credit repair service agreement within 3 business days of signing without penalty. Email [email protected], subject “CROA Cancellation Request.” We confirm within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
After the 3-Day Window
All credit repair fees are non-refundable after the CROA window, regardless of results or early cancellation.
Payment Plan Cancellation
Cancel after the CROA window: service stops at end of current period, prior payments are non-refundable, and no further charges apply. You do not owe the remaining balance if you cancel.
Mentorship & The Renown Accelerator
You receive immediate access to curriculum, community, and live sessions upon purchase. Because this access cannot be returned, all sales are final immediately upon purchase. Payment plan enrollments: all remaining installments are owed regardless of attendance or participation.

Tax Preparation
Tax preparation fees are non-refundable once your return has been prepared and presented to you. Your IRS refund is entirely separate from our fee.
Community Membership
Cancel anytime from your account settings. No penalty, no questions. No refunds for any portion of a billing period already paid. Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after receiving services or after any applicable cancellation window constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation. Renown Capital will contest all such chargebacks and may pursue recovery through all available legal means. Contact us first at [email protected] before filing any dispute.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be in writing. Email [email protected] with your full name, purchase email, date of purchase, and the service being cancelled. For CROA cancellations, use subject line “CROA Cancellation Request.”
CROA cancellation email timestamp must be within 3 business days of signing your credit repair service agreement to be eligible.
