Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Renown Capital & Credit Infrastructure. By accessing our website, purchasing any service, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase. Completing a purchase confirms you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms.
About Our Services
Renown Capital provides: credit repair services, The Renown Accelerator mentorship program, tax preparation services, Renown Community membership, and digital products. Renown Capital is not a law firm, financial advisory firm, or CPA firm. All educational content is for informational purposes only.
Credit Repair — CROA Mandatory Disclosure
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report without the help of a credit repair organization. You may review your credit reports for free at AnnualCreditReport.com. Accurate information cannot be permanently removed from your credit report. You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a consumer reporting agency at no charge.
Under CROA (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.), Renown Capital cannot: guarantee removal of accurate, current, and verifiable information; create a new credit identity for you; advise you to make any false statements to any credit reporting agency; or charge any fee before services have been fully performed.
No Advance Fee Policy
Under CROA 15 U.S.C. §1679b(b): Renown Capital does not charge any fee for credit repair services before those services have been fully performed. Each payment corresponds to services already rendered — not a deposit toward future outcomes.
Your Right to Cancel (Credit Repair)
Under CROA, you have the right to cancel your credit repair service agreement within 3 business days of signing, without penalty. To cancel, email [email protected] with subject “CROA Cancellation Request” within 3 business days. After the 3-day window, all credit repair fees are non-refundable.
Tax Preparation Services
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Tax preparation fees are non-refundable once your return has been prepared and presented for review. The IRS refund you receive is entirely separate from our preparation fee.
Mentorship & Education
The Renown Accelerator is an educational mentorship program, not a guarantee of business income or financial outcome. All Renown Accelerator and mentorship sales are final at time of purchase. No cancellation window, no refund period, no exceptions. If enrolled on a payment plan, all remaining installments are owed in full regardless of attendance.
Payment Terms
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. If a payment fails, services will be paused until the balance is current. Filing a chargeback after receiving services constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and Renown Capital will contest all such chargebacks through all available legal means.
Refund Policy Summary
- Credit Repair: 3-day CROA right. Non-refundable after window.
- Mentorship / Accelerator: All sales final at purchase. No exceptions.
- Digital Products: Non-refundable once access is granted.
- Tax Preparation: Non-refundable once return is prepared.
- Community: Cancel anytime. No partial refunds.

Prohibited Uses
- Providing false information to dispute accurate credit items
- Creating a new credit identity or obtaining credit under false pretenses
- Reproducing or distributing proprietary materials without written permission
- Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Results mentioned in marketing are not typical or guaranteed. Credit repair outcomes depend on bureau responses, creditor behavior, and individual circumstances outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renown Capital’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the 3 months prior to a claim.
